That's my dose now and likely to go higher.  I use the pen and 80 units is
the most you can inject.  I found it extremely difficult to inject that
amount, partly due to my short fingers.  So I am now doing two shots, one at
40 units and one at 44.  Is this how you would do it?  ...

I keep messing up lately.  It's getting frustrating.  Several time I didn't
realize I hadn't taken my meds until several hours later.  I haven't even
been taking my supplements because doling them all out seems like such a
chore to do.  And I don't seem to be suffering any ill ...
