I've lurked a bit here. Didn't see much on the subject. Is wine bad for
diabetics?  I haven't been diagnosed. But I've gained 60 pounds since I
started drinking wine back in 2003. Before that I was alcohol free for
about 3 years and lost weight during that time.

Hi, I'm new to this group. I wonder if I can just ask for some general
advice, please.
First, although I am not on insulin, I measure my blood sugar level at very
irregular intervals. I notice that it seems to vary quite a lot. I get the
