May I ask, what diabetic magazines do you find helpful and worth the
money, if there is a fee ?  (I'm in the USA ~ not sure if this is
strictly a USA group ?)
I have sent for a free sample of the ADA mag, but have seen others

I just got a call from a nurse at some Blue Cross Blue Shiel program in

I caught a cold and darn near coughed my lungs out. BC was high, so I
was afraid to take anything. Finally got so bad, I had to. Sent my grns
to the pharamcy and he came back with
DIABETIC -Tussin. Safe as all get out and worked in just a few seconds.

I have noticed that when I am on vacation, and am relaxed, without stress,
my fasting glucose is lower by several points than when I am at home, even
though I often eat a few more carbs on vacation, notably beans.  Has anybody
else noticed this?
