I live in an area of the old south. We have a core of peopole that got rich off of the labor of blacks.. They now find overt anti black talk unpopular so they find a thousand excuses why we should not vote for the dark skinned candidate.

I caught a cold and darn near coughed my lungs out. BC was high, so I was afraid to take anything. Finally got so bad, I had to. Sent my grns to the pharamcy and he came back with DIABETIC -Tussin. Safe as all get out and worked in just a few seconds.

I have noticed that when I am on vacation, and am relaxed, without stress, my fasting glucose is lower by several points than when I am at home, even though I often eat a few more carbs on vacation, notably beans. Has anybody else noticed this?
