to wake them up? I set an alarm and have it on snooze to ring every 15 minutes thereafter. Depending on what shift Pete is on I ring him to wake him up, Anthony has to be up about 6.30, Alex about 6.20. I get out of bed for Jazz.

Last night, my wife noticed a lump on my cervical vertebra(e). I'm already scheduled to see my Diabetician/Primary Care Physician on Monday. I know he'll send me for tests or, more likely, to see a specialist. Spinal surgery isn't high on my list of preferred treatments. Oh, well. ...

Several years ago I experienced a bout of EXTREMELY painful neuropathy one the front of my thighs cause by very light contact with anything, even a bed sheet or my pants touching my thighs. Does anyone know what this is called? I would remember it if I heard it.
