Coenzyme Q10 30mg16 Apr 2008 02:55 GMT6

I am a 50 year old man, totally fir and healthy, except for cholesterol at

Scary Dietary Recommendations15 Apr 2008 22:00 GMT7
I was looking at the nutritional information on a pack of crap
snackfood.
The standard breakdown includes carbs, of which sugars, and fibre as a
separate entity, and brakes down fats into saturates, mono and

T2's how many times per day do you test?15 Apr 2008 20:26 GMT28
I have allowed myself to get out of my old routine of testing and
would like to know how often other people with T2 diabetes and have
control test per day and at what times of the day.
On Meeting Alan15 Apr 2008 20:20 GMT16
At first glance he is smaller than he appears on usenet.
He is however just as loquacious.
I mean, I have a standing order with everyone I know that when they
get bored with me rattling on they can just walk away and I won't be

You are requested to cease you irrational replies

buying one if I don't have to.  I know some people use old coffee cans and
such but I have no such things so I would have to get ...
