Wondering about any diabetics who use subject supplement and what brand, MG they use. I listened on radio and this one doctor recommended 30 MG yet on a google search there are many dosage amounts. Also has your usage of this helped your diabetes readings?

I was diagnosed some 12 odd years ago with T2, and have had varing success with control (A1c's usually between 6.5 and 8ish) But i have noticed a serious decluine in my teeth over the past 5 odd years (considering i do not partake in sugary products... obviously)
