I upped my Lantus to 16 units and now I seem to be very stable in that my

Is anyone familiar with Chana Dal? It's GI is extremely low. It's an Indian
bean which can be substituted for some other beans. It's also available as
a flour for thickening. I haven't tried it, yet, but I'm going to try to
get to the Indian market this week to get some.
