I upped my Lantus to 16 units and now I seem to be very stable in that my numbers are remaining in the high 200's to low 300's. Not good that the numbers are this high, but at least they're not in the 400's or all over the place any more.

Is anyone familiar with Chana Dal? It's GI is extremely low. It's an Indian bean which can be substituted for some other beans. It's also available as a flour for thickening. I haven't tried it, yet, but I'm going to try to get to the Indian market this week to get some.
