some at the store with added vitamins and Gymenena Sylvestre (probably

Exercise plays a big role in controlling my weight and T2.
I do aerobic because I like it most. I do resistance (weight training)

Some background. I am T2 although I control it pretty well. My 1ac is
5.1%, BMI 22 and low body fat. I excercise a lot and watch my diet. I
do eat carbs but only low GI and I try to get 30% of my diet from
protein, 40% from carbs and 30% from fat.
