not happy, hbalc 7.1, cholesterol also highish, bp highish.
Corrective action: up from 1.5 gram Glucophage to 2 grams + simvastatin 10
milligrams. Asked for Byetta, refused because Glucophage not maxed out.
Contributing factor: home sick since early december because of knee injury.
