I sometimes have half a ham and cheese sandwich as a snack before bed. Normally I spread a teaspoon of mayonnaise on the bread. Three nights ago I had the same sandwich, but I used a teaspoon of mustard in place of the mayonnaise.

I am 61, T2 since 1972. When I started insulin in '99 I weighed 260, a year late I weighed 320. I got back down to 300 and there I sat until 2007. In November of '07 I was back to 320 and made a determined effort to get it off. I am now down to 275, a loss of 45 pounds.
