Mustard lowers BG?14 Feb 2008 01:42 GMT27
I sometimes have half a ham and cheese sandwich as a snack before bed.
Normally I spread a teaspoon of mayonnaise on the bread.
Three nights ago I had the same sandwich, but I used a teaspoon of mustard
in place of the mayonnaise.

(adipocytes). Both resveratrol and adiponectin have been identified as

I do not like controversy.  Most of it is based on ignorance.
An old Texas Judge was asked why he convicted a fellow
acting very weird. His attorney was pleading insanity
The judge  said that a truly insane person will
Ping bj (and other thyroid mavens)13 Feb 2008 00:00 GMT8
My endocrinologist found a few lumps in my thyroid and I had an ultrasound
scan and some fine needle biopsies.  At least two of the nodules are
suspicious and a total thyroidectomy is advised.  Are there any little odds

Invisible weight loss11 Feb 2008 20:58 GMT32
I am 61, T2 since 1972. When I started insulin in '99 I weighed 260, a
year late I weighed 320. I got back down to 300 and there I sat until
2007. In November of '07 I was back to 320 and made a determined
effort to get it off. I am now down to 275, a loss of 45 pounds.
