I'm so frustrated!  My BG always tests high - 160+ - first thing in
the morning, before I've had anything to eat or drink. If I mind my
P's and Q's through lunch and maybe take a walk it will test at 90-ish
in the afternoon. I'm not eating anything before bed that would cause
