Stupid people do not like bad news.  So they get upset on negatve.
posting. Diabetes is a negative thing.  Reality and nfo is what may
ssave you a lot of grief.  Those wanting a party here are doing all

I am a regular reader but seldom post. Just thought I would share the
results of lifestyle changes I instituted about six weeks ago.
I was diagnosed T2 in 1999 with an A1C of 8.7. Since then through diet
exercise and weight loss I have regularly been around 5.6.
