FBG was 111. Had two Thai sausages and a half dozen fried won tons for
dinner. An hour later, BG was 194. I'm thinkin' those won ton wrappers must
be made with a rice flour, so, no more of them. <sniffle>

I've lost five pounds in the last two weeks. Except for occasional
stupidities, I've cut out rice, potatoes, corn and wheat products. What
have you found to put some meat on the bones without spiking the BG?

I got ckicken pox at 31, I was a very healthy 165lb. kickboxer. after
