For about the past week (not sure exactly and not gonna look), my BG has
been out of control.  My lowest numbers I've seen are 145 and that was with
exercise to the point of pain.  It doesn't seem to matter what I eat or
don't eat.  Although pretty much the only thing safe for me ...

I seem to be having the worse time with the Novolog pens...
Last night, I noticed the pen had small particles floating around in
it.  This means it has gone bad, right?  Does this just happen
sometime, or is there a specific cause for the particles?
