I don't understand this to "low carb" or not to "low carb" controversy.  
I eat potatoes, short grain white rice or pasta in amounts that I am
used to and I test over 13.  I cut back on those foods while maintaning
the amounts of other veg and meat and I rarely break 11.  I am ...

I ran out of sample strips this morning. So I shopped online pharmacies for
pricing and called around on hold half the time.
So I didn't one or two hour test after breakfast.
