Sorry I have not been here much.  We have had 4 deaths in the family in less
than 3 months.  I was told today I have COPD.  I have not smoked in a year,
and my doctor did say, it was yes, some my fault, however, I was predisposed
to bad lungs...my biological father died at 59 with ...

Hi guys -  probs with my fast bg check first thing in the morn.  The last 3
days its been between 8.1, 8.4 and now 8.7  (thats 145.8, 151.2 and 156.6).
Ive been exercising, and being good on my diet but I did eat more than I
normally eat yesterday.  But I dont think Im sussing out ...

provider has switch to a Accu-Chek blood glucose meter.

Last August. My 10 year old van started to need work and it wasn't worth
it $$ to drive. It's just a bit too far to walk now the weather is cold
(50 minutes), so I bought a bus pass for the first time in 25 years.
Service overall sucks but between home and work it's surprisingly
