I just bought a new BP unit from walmart. It has a unique feature of taking only one reading of systolic/diastolic/puls, or it takes three readings of systolic/diastolic/pulse and displays the average of the three readings. Each reading is spaced ten seconds apart.

Can too much Glipizide cause daytime highs, perhaps by some liver dump mechanisim? At 2.5 Glipizide per day, my elderly T2 friend feels good but the morning figures and the A1c are a little higher than the doctors like (c. 150).

In the past week i have gone on to byetta. I have lost my avandia and reduced my metformin down to 1500 mg All seems to be going well, the byetta is very tolerable, though i am still on the training bra dose of 5 micro grams.

has diabetes. i know some things about it but i haven't had the time to further research it. it scares me and makes me worry about my mom more and more, because you see, she also has multiple schlorosis which has made her less mobile.
