I have searched recent posts and thought I would go ahead and ask this question of the group.
Are they some foods that make you spike even though "in theory" (low carb count, sugar free, etc) they shouldn't?
I like oatmeal for breakfast.  I purchase 100% whole oats -- nothing added ...

She recommended DLIFE as a superior site for diabetics.
One  of her myths was is that a diabetic cannot eat sweets.but they
must be used in moderation.

After using the Medicare site to try and chose a new plan, I started
checking the companies to get details not on the summery
Much to my shock, many of the companies websites had totally different
costs and benefits for specific plans than they had filed with Medicare..

Yesterday, I ate a fairly large lunch, two small chicken legs with
thighs, a tuna sandwich on rye bread (2 slices bread), and a 1/2 cup
fruit yoghurt (low fat, no sugar added). I estimate the carbs at 35-40
g.
