I went to the opening day of a new Coles this arv. Peter's have an ice cream
called No-Sugar and it has around 4 gr carb per serve. I didn't check any
other details as my grandson was only wearing a nappy because the heat and
the cold food area was pretty cool! ;)

12 months ago post-heart attack I couldn't do one squat.
But the other day I did 1000 slow bodyweight squats, spread out over 6
hours, divided into 40 sets of 25.  Half an hour afterward my bg was
90  : )

Yesterday, while at work at our local grocery store, after lunch, I strong
craving hit me for something sweet.  These urges do not hit me everyday, but
when one does, that's usually when I cave in.  It seemed to be getting worse
as every minute passed, I couldn't think about ...
