I went to the opening day of a new Coles this arv. Peter's have an ice cream called No-Sugar and it has around 4 gr carb per serve. I didn't check any other details as my grandson was only wearing a nappy because the heat and the cold food area was pretty cool! ;)

I went to the lab for my three month tests and was told that my doctor ordered a 24 hour collection of urine. I called and he said something about cortisol levels, and calcium levels and something about benign tumors.

12 months ago post-heart attack I couldn't do one squat. But the other day I did 1000 slow bodyweight squats, spread out over 6 hours, divided into 40 sets of 25. Half an hour afterward my bg was 90 : )
