After those two Curry Puffs this afternoon, I checked my BG before dinner. I was amazed that is was 93, expecting it to be much higher. Jun stir-fried asparagus, scallops, mushrooms and garlic in a sauce of King crab oil and mayo. My BG was 93 before I ate. I'll check it in an hour ...

Forgive my ignorance, but I thought this was a good place to go for some general question. Went to the doctor in October, blood test came back with low blood sugar reading. The doctor said it was probably a lab error.
