Heh went to docs this morn with whatever this chest congestion and dry cough
is...not to be gross but least with most chest problem u get the
satisfaction of coughing stuff up and out this like im breathing
pepper..make me cough and feel bad but nothing is there to cough out.

Currently, I'm taking a multivitamin/mineral (without iron), 4 grams of
fish oil, and 1000 IU of vitamin D3 daily.  The multi is for general
health insurance and the fish oil vitamin D3 because I'm a heart patient.
