What is the Best way to overcome Hypoglycemia symptoms?13 Sep 2007 05:04 GMT16
Hi. My blood sugar went down to 51 from 71 AFTER i ate a low-glycemic
protein bar. Only when I took in some regular food with sugar did my
blood glucose level come back up to normal. Why is this? What is the
best way to raise your blood glucose in the morning and keep it there
Weight gain13 Sep 2007 02:49 GMT42
This is freaking annoying.  I had been losing weight but it seemed to have
stalled for a period of about three months.  Then I was put on Januvia and
Simvistatin.  My weight began slowly creeping up a few pounds and now I see
it is up 12 pounds!  No change in diet or exercise.

Tired of messin with Monday13 Sep 2007 02:22 GMT54
I'm sitting here wondering what to do with my Monday night. I'm not in the
mood to go to a lot of trouble tonight. I'd have to go to the store and get
all my diabetic-friendly grilling supplies and all that... I'm out of
low-carb charcoal. I'm really tired of messin with diabetes ...

Meatloaf12 Sep 2007 22:21 GMT10
In this I would use unprocessed bran instead of breadcrumbs even though
there is only 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs for the whole recipe. This would be
nice with roast sweet potato, roast onions and greens and a little gravy if
you can handle it.

Hey, I had the sh.ts for a month and had to stop bike riding and
exercising because I had to blow blood and liquid sh.t out of my a.s
every 15 minutes. Must have been an e-coli food poisoning. But my
glucose level is still the same without exercise. How about that?
