Hi. My blood sugar went down to 51 from 71 AFTER i ate a low-glycemic protein bar. Only when I took in some regular food with sugar did my blood glucose level come back up to normal. Why is this? What is the best way to raise your blood glucose in the morning and keep it there

This is freaking annoying. I had been losing weight but it seemed to have stalled for a period of about three months. Then I was put on Januvia and Simvistatin. My weight began slowly creeping up a few pounds and now I see it is up 12 pounds! No change in diet or exercise.

In this I would use unprocessed bran instead of breadcrumbs even though there is only 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs for the whole recipe. This would be nice with roast sweet potato, roast onions and greens and a little gravy if you can handle it.

Hey, I had the sh.ts for a month and had to stop bike riding and exercising because I had to blow blood and liquid sh.t out of my a.s every 15 minutes. Must have been an e-coli food poisoning. But my glucose level is still the same without exercise. How about that?

I am 64 years old, Body Mass Index is just aboue 25 and I was told last month that I have pre diabetes and I have a couple of questions. My reading was 105 after 8 hours of fasting. 1) If I cut out all the bad treats will this number drop?
