Changing Shifts18 Sep 2007 11:30 GMT7
I am considering changing shifts at work.  A couple of 3rd shifts are
open.  Any advice I could get on adjusting my current schedule, I work
a 8 to 6 day.  Test before and after meals.  3rd shift starts at 11
and is over at 8. Are there any 3rd shift folks at there?  Thanks Craig

that mean. 1 every 12 hours? twice in 16 hours (you sleep 8 hours) Or
take one now and one an hour from now once a day. Or 2 in the day and
none at night. For precision it should state how many hours apart to

someone already posted it when I wasn't paying attention!

Are Endocrinologists Even Necessary Anymore?17 Sep 2007 14:42 GMT19
The topic says it all.

over 30 years.  I'm a T1.  It has become difficult to continue seeing
one due to my present location.
