I noticed recently that I have noticably less fat on areas that I exercise
more.  For example, I almost exclusively bear most of my weight when
standing on my left foot because of orthopedic problems.  My left leg is
very muscular, and not much fat.  My right leg is not at all ...

I finally have a second bg below 200 in the last few days. I am 189.

I may have posted before that I suspected that I wasn't type 2 but late
onset type 1. I have most of the currently accepted markers for LADA:
1. My BMI was 26 at diagnosis....a little high but not obese. Im 23 now :o)

One thing I noticed years ago is that a person develop a strong desire
