I may have posted before that I suspected that I wasn't type 2 but late onset type 1. I have most of the currently accepted markers for LADA: 1. My BMI was 26 at diagnosis....a little high but not obese. Im 23 now :o) 2. I'm under 50 (45)

One thing I noticed years ago is that a person develop a strong desire for "sugar", then later find they have diabetes. So the asumption is made that the sugar input caused the diqbetes. The truth is the undiagnosed diabetes causes the excess desire
