I'm recently diagnosed, type 2, doc said don't need med, just lose
weight.  For the past two weeks, I drastically changed my diet by
eliminating all white flour/white rice, refined sugar.  I feel lighter,
better, seem to concentrate better, but after 2 wks, haven't lost even
