Diabetics: We want privacy

salt consumption improves glucose tolerance and insulin resistance in
diabetics.  If true do you think it could be from the iodine in salt
rather than the salt itself?

Good morning folks,
Well, thanks to some of you here who have awakened me to the idea that
all eggs are not created equal, I went out this morning determined to
buy especially organically produced fresh eggs from cage free happy

Stevia.  There.  I said it.  Stevia, stevia, stevia.   Whew.  (looks
around after ducking to avoid the pelting).  I went out to the health
food store today and bought a box.  It is not labeled as a sweetener
but a "supplement".  But it is packaged in little packets just like
