Ok! I just searched "vinegar" in Google Groups (this group), and there they
were, a gazillion post, through the years, about vinegar lowering bgs. So,
while I was patting myself on the back.  expecting to receive a, resounding,
"Go to the head of the class" for my new discovery, ...

Ahh, some good news. Test results:
A1c was 5.8% (3 months ago), now 5.3%
Weight loss since February is 43 lbs  (including 7 weeks on Glucovance when
I lost NOT AN OUNCE !!!)

Been on 10 mcg Byetta for 3 months now and just got back A1c results.
3 months ago 8.3.  Today 6.4.  Have lost 27 lbs. in the process.
No major side effects from the Byetta, other than 'fullness' feeling.
Dx: June 2002.

Hi all, I have been waiting for my lab results from last Friday and
have just heard from them via answering machine. I am sure that they
have reversed two numbers in the FBS but here they are:

Just when I thought I could anticipate bg's - a little roller coaster ride.
I have, basically, the same dinner every night - meat, large salad (tomato,
lettuce, onion, olives, grapes, crumbled blue cheese, yellow bell pepper and
ranch dressing), ice cream with cherry pie filling ...
