I made them yesterday and we had them with warm cabbage and mushroom
slaw. After two skewers and a bowl of slaw my 2hr PP was 103.

1.  What do you consider your upper limit on morning Fasting numbers?

You may recall I posted a week or so ago that I had hit an A1C of 5.2 and
promised to let you know about my other numbers. Got a copy of the results
yesterday, and here is what we have:
