Decided to have oatmeal for breakfast this morning. BG was 170 an hour 1/2 later. I did use 1% milk and fresh peach in there but dang! Seems like my BG is affected by oatmeal more than potatoes...thought that was kinda weird. Guess YMMV. Sometimes, I can get by with a little ...

Please consider holding off on using medications that increase the amount of GLP-1 activity in the body for at least 5 years (the time it takes for new tumors to emerge). Such medications would include Byetta and Januvia.
