OT/On the Turning Away03 Jun 2007 18:00 GMT5

enough blood.  It would have been four sticks, but by the time I ...

Pass the Actos, please.03 Jun 2007 08:23 GMT9
I hate to keep harping on this but it's getting harped on anyway.
 I'm wondering something....
My doctor prescribed Actos for me, as opposed to other medications,
because, aside from the diabetes aspect, he said it would help regulate my

The recipe is posted on A.F.D. or, with photo, at:

GI Question03 Jun 2007 05:41 GMT38
Studying the GI in all kinds of foods.  This is really helping me tighten BS

different foods?  I have seen examples in books from the library, and
checked out some charts online.  Just want the best, ...
