Thanks for the welcome05 Jun 2007 02:47 GMT3

the lab had noted them as "too low".
What the heck does THAT mean? am I not eating enough fat or
Chia seeds04 Jun 2007 19:33 GMT30
I just bought a pound of these at the health food store after reading about
them on a raw food forum and deciding they sounded like a good thing to eat,

Fell off the wagon and hurt myself04 Jun 2007 17:54 GMT9
I'm usually pretty good with what I eat these days, and my BG control
seems to be pretty reasonable, with an hba1c of 6.0 about a month ago,
with no drugs.
I usually manage to avoid eating crap, but temptation sometimes
What would be a normal diabetic response04 Jun 2007 17:17 GMT49
What would be a normal  response to this meal?
This morning I was expecting to go on about a 4 hr hike off the Blue Ridge
Parkway with friends.
Knowing that the hike would begin about 15 minutes after eating I carbed up
Low carb Pavlova04 Jun 2007 17:12 GMT2
After all the discussion of meringues I had to do some research and
experiment a bit to find an answer about the need for sugar in

Sugar, or some other crystalline substance, is essential to the
Is Your Marriage In Trouble?04 Jun 2007 14:45 GMT1
Many of the problems you may be facing could be just the tip of the
iceberg on what is really happening in your marriage. I don't mean to
scare you, but many problems, when they either first show up or if
they keep reoccuring could be just what's showing from a larger
