The other day, Subway, my daily lunch stop. was out of wraps. I ordered my 6 inch on Whole Wheat and ask her to dig most of the bread out of the bun. I tested one hour after lunch and got a 116 as opposed to a 194 with the intact bun. Same thing today but got a 103... even better ...

Should I refrigerate my insulin? My dad uses a bottle every week (70/30). Me, I use a bottle every 2 or 3 months (using NPH and Regular). I seem to gather if you don't refrigerate it, just keeping it in darkness (like in the box it comes in) and just out of heat is okay for

If you were considerng a CGMS which would you seledt? I survived a near 911 run last evening. One reading of 26 and still going.. but when the binge foods finally went in I was at almost 400. I survived, So did Mona.
