The other day, Subway, my daily lunch stop. was out of wraps. I ordered my 6
inch on Whole Wheat and ask her to dig most of the bread out of the bun. I
tested one hour after lunch and got a 116 as opposed to a 194 with the
intact bun. Same thing today but got a 103... even better ...

(70/30). Me, I use a bottle every 2 or 3 months (using NPH and Regular).
I seem to gather if you don't refrigerate it, just keeping it in
darkness (like in the box it comes in) and just out of heat is okay for

neuropathy, lately. Bought some today to try. Its cheap enough.
