According to this article, the ADA now admits that low carb diets help diebetics (and also those who are insulin resistant) but still won't recommend it. That believe that low carb is too difficult for people to “live with long term.”

Very recently US FDA[Pfizer Inc have the Patent] had approved the usage of Insulin in the form of Nasal Spray.If some one had used it please share the experince,as this might be useful for us in India since the product is yet to be made available here.Thanks in advance.
