Looks like my effort to climb back aboard the lower-carb bandwagon is
paying off, and the pantethine and sustained release niacin (plus back
up on the fish oil) are helping out.  My A1c is back to 5.5 (from 5.7),
my HDL is up 8, and my LDL is down 10.  Tri down to 121, although ...
