I have noticed that a lot of people who have diabetes also have
hypothyroidism. I wa wondering what the connection is if any.

Today I went out to eat and overindulged a bit. While chatting with my
friend I ate a pile of french fries and a couple of other things I didnt
intend to eat. BG about an hr later was 179. My intent had been to jump on
my treadmill and work it off, instead I fell asleep for 4 hrs ...
