weight loss03 May 2007 23:06 GMT8
Since being diagnosed last October with diabetes I've continued to lose
weight. I know this is not norm for type 2 diabetics as they are usually

I'm having some problems tolerating the Metformin.  Can anyone offer any
advice other that taking with food?  Any certain type of food that helps
with digestion or perhaps  abetter time of day to take it?
Thank You

be out - period!  In fact, this last winter, I wore shorts and t-shirts and
my crocks (even in the snow like when temp was 30).  Should have ...

oozed, and is starting to peel.  Only 2 hours in the sun!  I am fair skinned
and know how to handle the sun but this took me by surprise.  I have 2
questions for the group:

concerned husband took her to a psychiatrist. The doctor listened to
the couple talk about their relationship, and then he said, "The
Lab results..........translations anyone?03 May 2007 09:04 GMT12
If I ever had the list of good numbers vs bad, I've lost it.  So, this
is the first comprehensive set of figures I've had in over a year.
And two -  my doctor said - considering I'm almost 79 and have had
this for over 17 years plus a quadruple bypass - the numbers are

Confused about my BS readings03 May 2007 06:22 GMT63

Novolog and had breakfast. At 1:15 my reading was ironically enough 115,

Ever since I was diagnosed I've been trying to find a lunch that was easy to
get ...and take to work. I used to have one of the Subway size bags of
chips, a 6 inch sub and a small can of Mandarin oranges with a large Dr.
Pepper. When I first got my meter I took it to work for ...
