Oh, well, I knew the day would come... groan... the treadmill is coming. All of my doctors are saying exercise. My wife says exercise. I don't like to exercise, but my wife knows how to insist. I'm OK with walking. So we're shopping around for a treadmill.

I have been using an Accu-Chek Active meter which measures whole blood. My insurance has switched me to a One Touch Ultra which measures plasma. When people say the upper limit you want is 140 (USA) is that whole blood or plasma?
