I am a noob just 3 months since diagnosed and notice that execise such as yard work etc drops my drastically... I try to never be over 100 bg and am usually between 80-90 fasting and between meals and 90-100 a hour after eating.

I had at least two BG lows Thursday. I think it was a combo of not eating enough and hot weather. Even after eating some extra carbs and trying to relax, I could not get the adrenalin to stop flowing.
