After one month on Metformin, diet, no exercise (yet, the treadmill is on
its way)  and a weight loss of 16 lbs., my cholesterol readings came in very
good, trigs are down to 166 (a bit more to go)  and the A1C is down from 6.9
to 5.8.

Oh group...I am once again awake after 3 hours sleep with bizarre
dreams/Nightmares.  This is about a week now.  I am starting to think it is
the medicine.  I took Trazadone years ago, and this was a side effect
(didn't know it until read it and then in turn asked pharmacist).  ...
