Is anyone taking Januvia? I would like to get off the Actos and Amaryl I'm

of Actos in half which helped with the swelling but I would like to consider
Januvia. I have a doctor's appointment Tuesday so ...

dreamfields past for the purpose of reduced carbs and technically
calories. However, my observations of this product have been mixed.
I know many diabetics report this product may or may not adversely
GlucoWatch 2 - don't bother29 Apr 2007 14:44 GMT2
I was excited to see the GlucoWatch 2 on sale in the US finally a few weeks

my documents and ordered it at the fabulous new low price of $300.   My
expectations were already pretty low since I know someone ...

Does BG spike in non-diabetics?29 Apr 2007 13:25 GMT64
I am wondering whether BGs spike in non-diabetics after they have eaten
- that is, is it part of the normal digestive processes? I would expect
that non-diabetes would have lower spikes, but do suspect that they have
an increase in their BGs... am I on the wrong track?

exercise:  time of day29 Apr 2007 09:47 GMT4
Back in the day, my preferred time for exercise was after work, 4:30 PM
or so.  Stop at the gym or come home and go for a run.   Once in a while
I'd do it first thing in the morning ... I love the quote "you always have
time to do what you do first thing in the morning."
