BG numbers11 Apr 2007 08:53 GMT10
I was wondering if it's "not polite" to post your numbers. Is that more of a
personal issue like asking someone how much they weigh?

More Muffin Talk11 Apr 2007 04:29 GMT6
Ha..... I just baked some more Kursteaz CarbSimple Muffin Mix. If you ever
try it, look at the bottom of the directions where it says, "For Quick
Bread." Try it that way instead of like muffins. I put some sugar free jelly
on a piece of it. Sure satisfies the cravings.

Amylin hormone10 Apr 2007 20:40 GMT32
I got to thinking. (yeah scary thought huh? (no comments needed, TYVM!))

ADA recommendations10 Apr 2007 19:44 GMT219
I received my copy ofDiabetews Forecast today and was I shocked at what
I read.  It said that the ADA recommends testing two hours after the
beginning of a meal and that anything under 180 is fine.  I wouldnt have
believed it if I didnt read it with my own eyes.

and tried a slice. It has the good ole white bread look and texture but
still has a hint of fake...haha. All in all, pretty good though. Advertises
9g of carbs. Actually has 18 with various subtractions ...
