Just wondering how metformin doses are determined. I've been on 500mg twice a day (the slow release stuff; the regular stuff is unbearable) for eight weeks now and it's working pretty well. I've dropped about ten pounds.

I've been laughing for the past 45mins I think and had to share. After my low this afternoon of 46 (pump set in upper tushy) I ended up moving it back to my lower belly... drank 1/2 reg. coke and went to 102. I stayed there for another 2.5hrs until dinner which was Pizza.
