I previously thought that hyperglycemia makes ECF hypertonic. But however, I noted that with persisting hyperglycemia, commonly I have Hct just touching lower normal limit and ESR higher. As such, can it indicate hypotonic ECF(thin blood)? Can it be due to water atrracting/

So, on my second day on Glucovance, exactly 3 hours and 15 minutes after taking the pill, both yesterday and today, all of a sudden I felt like a deflated balloon. Some juice and solid food later, I felt better. I assume this is hypoglycemia ?
