Anybody else tried these "Flatout" wraps. I have had good results. Don't seem to spike my bg at all. They are whole wheat and very high fiber. The light version only has 6 net carbs. It's an oval wrap (big, about 10 x 7 inches) for just about anything you might want to wrap ...
