I had a heart attack. Related to my Type 2? I don't know. But I'm going to eat better -- including reducing my cholesterol. Angioplasty and stents in place in my 100% blocked right coronary artery. One more artery to go, partially blocked.

just got my first hba1c results back. nurse says 5.5 and normal levels of cholesterol. blood pressure is 130/80 is this good? have been diagnosed as type1 for 10 months

I now have my crunch machine set up in my livingroom and its connected to one of the pulleys on my dual pulley machine. Personally I have feel in love with the way I started working out 4 years ago.
