OT(sortof): Give the kids a break20 Feb 2007 23:30 GMT5
**This is an article that I read today at the dr's office, from a Sports

article and she said, "enjoy". So, I thought I would retype it for others to
read.  It's very interesting."

Another sweetening alternative?20 Feb 2007 20:49 GMT4

What Does our Diet Look Like?20 Feb 2007 20:19 GMT22

general, not just diabetics.

New to the Group20 Feb 2007 02:02 GMT26
I'm Brent, a 57 year old T1. I thought I had this lifestyle under
control until depression hit about 6 months ago. Sugars out of control
(my doing) and unrelenting hunger. I know what to eat and how to
control my readings, but there is no benefit that I value. I find it
Back from trip, BG ALL OVER THE MAP20 Feb 2007 01:10 GMT34
Well, I'm back from my trip, and boy have I had a LOT of eye openers

the map. On my first plane trip I had a small hypo--I tested at  59!  I
got some O.J. from the flight attendant, and then got lunch when I

I am in the process of getting back on top of my BG numbers after letting
things slip for various reasons I wont go into :o(  Thankfully getting back
to watching my carbs seems to be working and they're coming down slowly but
