I have began taking chromium and zinc to help moderate bg fluctuations.
Anyone have anything to say about chromium ?

Well, I've had my carbs for the last three days, and I'm ready to fail
with flying colors tomorrow.  Actually, I'm not so worried anymore. I
know I'll fail, but then I can start on meds and such and get by BG's
under control again. My higher carb days did indeed spike me above ...

Hi. This one is a bit embarrassing to discuss but I suppose it

I'm doing better, pre breakfast test today was 114, and it was 198
2 hours after lunch. I have cut down on my carbs and eating more
vegetables and meat. Before I became diabetic, I almost never ate
vegetables. They would always try to get me but I don't like them. Now

My Dr. just put me on 5 mcg Byetta. How long until I notice a difference in
bg. My basic problem is fbg. I am usually around 180 at 8:00 am. The rest of
the day I am pretty low after meals. Last a1c was 5.8

Got a call from my practice nurse today, my hba1c is back, unfortunately it
has only lowered to 8.7% from 9.2% although I am not too discouraged by
this, as if I'm correct, this looks back at the last 8 weeks? which was the
christmas period as well, I have also only been ...
