In many cases there seems no be diabetics placing the blame n their partner. It is a trait to find another person to blame for our ails. The partner has a big burden when you are a diabetic. Some should be damn happy that a partner or a family sticks by them

I know I'm not here much, but a few of us tried to quit smoking a little over a year ago. I did not make the first go round, but I did the 2nd. DH and I took a class locally with a good friend. Our friend just couldn't do it. :(

I like a mug of instant soup - imagine my horror on noticing that the top ingredient was glucose syrup - WTF? Walkers new "baked" crisps - low in fat but also quite unecessarily stuffed with sugar - WTF?

Had one naan bread with my mixed grill and 10u of insulin - no problem. Tested 5.8 before meal and Tested 2 hours later, 15.6 - WTF? Ok i knew i felt a bit off ... so injected 10u and went off to bed, woke up 11.3 - ok narked now.
