Recently, my post-prandial BG are about 20 points higher than they have
been.  Usually I'm in the 123-130 range after the evening meal, but lately

The partner has a big burden when you are a diabetic.  Some should be

Had one naan bread with my mixed grill and 10u of insulin - no problem.
Tested 5.8 before meal and Tested 2 hours later, 15.6 - WTF? Ok i knew i
felt a bit off ... so injected 10u and went off to bed, woke up 11.3 -
ok narked now.
