Wonder how long he's been carrying that around! That makes 3 ...

it laid out step by step.  This morning my sugar was 209.  I know

help me in the fight against the fat.  However, I'm having trouble,
especially in the morning, with what to eat.  My sugar reading is usually
high in the morning (175 or higher) and I know that once it gets ...
Lantus01 Feb 2007 00:59 GMT6

(hbac1 10.1) and was told to take 22 before bed and 22 when I wake up.
Anyone else doing this sort of regime?
Cheers
