My general menu philosophy is to keep up a stock of veg, so that I've
always got enough veg to make the veg part of the meal.
Typical veg are onions, leeks, cabbage, kale, turnip, runner beans,
tomatoes, peppers, brussel sprouts, greens.

I have had Type II for 10 years and just recently developed the
dreaded numb foot syndrome.  It is most common at night or when on the
couch with my feet up.  Here is what helps me - but no cure so far:

gathering and sale of personal information.  A guy worked for the FBI
while in the carding business.  He never was prosecuted.  A good read.

I have read several posts about Bruces commentments about people
asking for money.  I can understand his feeling here.  Its hard not
to, there are so many cons going on trying to take advantage of
