I'm new here, but type 2 for about 6 years. I control with diet, Metformin, and glyburide. Recently I was told that 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon a day will help lower bg. Does anyone here do that? I'm not in the UK, but a "colonial" (Canada). Also, I do my testing 3 times a
